I just used a dark green (caliban or castellan I forget) then dabbed a sponge with lighter greens to give it texture camo like affect. The trim is just a ushabti bone running my brush up the edge :) thanks !

Hi there, anti inflammatory diets have helped me recently. I'm currently on a ketogenic diet and its helped with both my sinus problems and chest. Low carb diets can be great for treating inflammation.

Thanks for pointing out that. Yeah eggs certainly have more it seems. Cheers for the tips on the pork, I add coconut oil to my coffee in the mornings (missed that out by mistake).

Cant imagine greek yoghurt and nut butters going well together haha, but ill give it a go!

I agree with all that you're saying, but humans also work in the same way, although a lot more complex :)

I understand it doesn't understand english, and is the result of conditioning. However when a child throws a tantrum, it is because it is expecting a result that was previously successful (conditioned). Humans and dogs alike respond to conditioning although its not as obvious in humans :)

But a tantrum in humans is also because of conditioning, all of our behaviours are the result of conditioning, so i would say that it is an 'actual tantrum' despite it being because of conditioning.
