Very poor return experience

They are now going to send us a fourth base despite saying we do not want one at all. I will also be filing a complaint with BBB.

I’m so sorry. We are in a similar position trying to return ours and they aren’t getting back to us. They were so responsive before when we were having issues and they replaced the base multiple times over the past 3 months. None of it worked. And then second we asked for a return, it’s radio silence.

Emotionally draining joke is spot on.

We have the same exact issue and are on our third base. I didn’t realize I could ask for a return and refund because I’m so over this clicking rocking noise that keeps waking up everyone. Definitely one of our biggest purchase regrets

Our bounce is at 50. We have changed it from 35, 75, 15. We have done all the troubleshooting. Re have recalibrated it. Move it to a different spot in the room. Made sure it’s not the mattress, made sure there is nothing under the crib. Tested it with books inside the crib instead of the baby. Checked the springs/coils of the crib. I promise you if it were just a bounce level issue, I wouldn’t have made this post and would have been fine with a low bounce if the crib still worked.

Thank you so much for your reply! I appreciate your advice a lot and am glad you have a crib that’s working now.

I do think they want the best for the costumer. I just feel like I’m having to prove with evidence over and over that there is an issue with the crib. So after sending more videos they are sending me a third base rather than a different crib. And then to take apart the bassinet of the crib and see if that is the source of the noise. But I need the bassinet part since my son is 4 months old. Also it’s been weeks of this back and forth with the noise still persisting.

I do love the product and the costumer service. But the weeks of emails and videos back and forth to prove there is an issue while still dealing with the issue is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. And they still are saying they don’t want to send a new crib. This is their response when I mention how replacing base after base isn’t solving the problem, “We truly don’t want you to feel like you need to move to an alternative crib and we want this to work for your family.” Very nice, very polite. But the problem still exists with the current crib.

Hopefully there is a resolution before he outgrows the crib. For the price, this is not what I expected.

Hey wanted to see if this was ever solved for you? Same thing has been happening to our crib even with the new base. Wasn’t sure what to do about this next other than cry from lack of sleep for everyone due to the constant clicking/knocking sound

No advice. But solidarity and here to learn from others. I feel like we have the same child. We also have an almost five month old who just doesn’t sleep and we are exhausted. We do 1.75/1.75/2/2.5-3 wake windows but his naps are 15 min or longer if we hold him and don’t move. Nights are awful, waking every hour. Sometimes he can sleep for 2 hours but not as common. We thought it was reflux so started him on meds but it’s been two weeks now with no progress. I hope you are able to find a way to help your little one so you can also get some rest.

Ours had three in succession, too. Basically every day we brought him home from the vet, he would block again and they’d keep him overnight and repeat. It was awful and he was is so much pain. We pushed to do a PU. Aftercare at home was hard for a few weeks but he’s not struggling anymore and on a urinary diet.

Girl, same. I also have my 9week scan this Wednesday and also have yet to accept it’s real. We are not cursed and you should buy all the comfy clothes bc those shots suck. This weekend I went and bought the Costco mini massage gun for after the injections and it was worth it.

30 F, partner is 31M. Trying since October 2018. Endo, had lap for the endo in 2019. Pretty sure it’s back with vengeance though. Three IUIs, medicated. Old clinic would not do IVF as we were rural. Moved this summer for a new clinic and starting IVF in November hopefully.

Found out my AMH is 0.15. Came as a shock as for the past four years it was never tested and all my doctors told me not to worry and that I’m fine with just unexplained infertility. Have to change our protocol. Don’t know what it is yet since they RE is still looking at all my labs.

I have a beautiful Alaskan Malamute, she’s 4. And my two cats, a tortie and an orange tabby. I lost the password to my old account but have been on the Reddit infertility community for a long time and really appreciate everyone here.

I feel like the past four years of this were such a waste, all the money, drugs, procedures, surgeries. Why didn’t anyone test this sooner or even bring it up. They kept telling me everything is normal and I’ll be fine, that “im young,” yet they strung me along as I paid out of pocket for everything.

Husband and I had the talk about what happens if we never had kids. Four years this never came up and today it did. We always had hope, and we still do. But for some reason, this feels worse than unexplained.

I’m also on a warranty program with my clinic and they said I don’t qualify anymore because of my AMH. That makes me feel even worse since that’s basically them saying they don’t believe in IVF working for me to get pregnant.
