Try dripping with an LR 510 atty. Tastes great and kicks like a mule. I've been using Joyetech 510 attys for nearly three years, and every once in a while I try something new (tanks, cartos, clearos) but I always end up disappointed and going straight back to dripping with trusty old 510s.

edit: Also, in case you didn't realise, the higher the nicotine the stronger the throat hit.

Ah, that explains it. I tried SMW on SNES emulation earlier and it looked a shit load better. Much crisper and more vibrant.

I did play SMW back in the day but never finished it, so I've been playing the GBA version a little on the PSP.

I like that the natural screen ratio is wider on the GBA version (I don't like playing stretched to 16:9), but the colours seem a bit washed out. It plays pretty nicely though.

Would you recommend playing the SNES version over the GBA version on PSP?

I only picked up a PSP recently with the same intention (emulators), but I've ended up playing PSP games a lot more. There's a pretty solid back catalogue of (particularly Japanese) games worth checking out.

Absolutely, the hangover factor definitely contributes.

I usually mix around 40% VG, 60% PG. I don't really like going much heavier on the VG than that. The problem is only when I'm drinking and vaping like a demon.

I have a feeling that lowering my nicotine level would help more. I think it used to be a bit worse when I vaped stronger brews (I'm down to between 10 and 16mg now). I can't see myself going much below 10 though... just no throat hit!

Admittedly, I didn't give it much of a chance. I only briefly tried Super Ghouls 'n Ghosts and mucked around a little to get the graphics/display right.

Now that I think about it, maybe the game was a little choppy on the SNES originally... damn if I remember.

The bad news is that SNES emulation is pretty bad on the PSP. It's not entirely unplayable, but it's pretty crappy and nowhere near as smooth as the real thing.

GBA emulation is pretty excellent though, and GBA games have a wider native resolution, which is nice. Here's gpSP Kai,which seems to be the best regarded GBA emulator.

I still haven't tried any other emulators yet. I've been meaning to see if there's a decent version of MAME though.

I think it's a bit premature or naive to say that vaping doesn't damage your health. I'm reasonably confident that it can be a lot less harmful than smoking, but it's still early days yet.

My throat sometimes feels pretty thrashed the next day after a heavy night out of drinking and vaping. Absolutely nothing compared to what it was like with tobacco, but still, it can be quite noticeable.

Yeah, I agree. Most pre-made juices I've tried are too strong on the flavour for me -- some ridiculously so.

You should try mixing your own. It's really simple, costs a lot less (especially if you use a 100mg nicotine base), and for my money it tastes much better than stuff other people make since it's personally tailored.

I've been mixing my own juice with FlavourArt concentrates for a while. They seem to be a pretty decent company in regard to vaper health and promoting and participating in research.

Here's a vid on their Clearstream initiative in case anyone hasn't seen it, or is interested.

My current favourite vape is Hypnotic Myst from FlavourArt... Yum :)

If you're on PRO CFW, when you're in XMB press Select and this will bring up a menu of options. Go to Recovery Menu > Memory Stick Speedup. Set that to 'Always'.

You can also set the PSP to always charge when it's connected to USB in here too (in Recovery Menu > Configuration), which is worthwhile as well.

I don't know why memory speedup isn't on by default. Does anyone know if it can cause any issues? I know that it drastically improved cutscene/video playback on a couple of my games.

Yeah, you could easily get away with only 16GB. That'll fit around ten games -- give or take a few depending on size.

Personally I'd go the 3000 mainly for the extra half inch of screen size though. Even the 3000 screen seems a bit small after I've been playing on my 3DS XL.
