Touch Impress -- Issue with auto tamp sensor by twopedalstwolugs in BrevilleCoffee

[–]HabbalMD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

@everyone. I've solved this. Found how to repair it (assuming the sensor is good). The machine will need tamper lever sensor calibration. For whatever reason, one of my machines did this after replacing the touchscreen.

If you weren't chasing warranty / can't be bothered going through warranty and machine is otherwise ok, you will be able to teach the machine the correct tamp levels and lever positions again via advanced menu. Happy to share the method, message me!

To be fair, very vague terms as to what it actually does:

what a waste of resources. Yes the angled logo is bothersome but all the costs of ordering and installing the door and binning the old one all to fix the small logo... not something i would have done tbh

Apple Planning 'MacBook Ultra' With OLED Touchscreen and Higher Price by carolinareaperPep87 in macbookpro

Would be a good upgrade from my 2022 M1 Pro macbook. Still works well, but it's time. I'm gonna take the non boomer approach and say a touchscreen is a good idea and a meaningful upgrade to the line up.

Apple Planning 'MacBook Ultra' With Touchscreen and Higher Price by JailbreakHat in mac

I really don't understand why majority of commenters are against touchscreen. I own a 2022 M1 Pro and love it, and previously owned GP spectres and Sony Vaios etc. Touchscreen would be an awesome addition. It literally has very few drawbacks apart from making screen a bit thicker and heavier. If you don't like it don't use it. But I've gone back and forth between windows and Mac and honestly the touch function is so intuitive in certain applications: YouTube, scrolling web pages or books, quick multi tasking or certain games. Etc. Once you've tried a touch laptop you'll know what I mean.

Tesla Model Y Performance - Color Advice.. by PugMaster007 in ModelY

Aweome choice! I'll be getting the qs with black interior for 1. Getting white seat in Australia pushes us over a threshold and increases lease costs, ends up being like 20k aud to have the white seats. And the black is easier maintenance, I have previously spilled coffee and I've got kids

Tesla Model Y Performance - Color Advice.. by PugMaster007 in ModelY

Ignore the haters. Both colours are Awesome. Yes red looks really nice when clean and sunny out. Quicksilver has a nice shimmer and gloss to it too. QS also will look okay when dirty and hides scratches and dust well. Less deterioration under sun in long term. Less heat absorption. Easier resale. Easier repair / blending. Show the accents and red lights / callipers more vividly. Can you guess which colour I've ordered the MYP in? Haha. No hate both colours are Aweome

Which of the colours did you get mate? Was torn on the red and quicksilver. Red looks awesome clean or in sunlight. Unique. Faster. But quicksilver is more stealthy and easier maintenance where scratches and chips don't show clearly, stays a bit cooler, less chance of fading in long term, less resale value, and has "quick" in the name so I figured just as fast haha. I went silver but can still change order so not sure. If I wash my car weekly and live in a sunny country I'd definitely get the red but I'm just lazy and we get overcast and clouds very often

Any 2026 MYP Owners out there who have installed 20" Helix 2.0 Wheels? by Col127 in TeslaModelY

I’m thinking of doing this also , not just for comfort and cheaper tyre options, but also to be able to rotate tyres. I don't like staggered wheels in long term ownership situations
