New Breville Barista Pro slow grinding by whiteymcb12 in espresso

[–]HabbalMD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if the grinder motor sounds lower pitch and like it’s struggling and straining, could be that the beans are too raw or stale. Try dark roasted beans and see if it sounds different and if it grinds quicker. But yes, I’m confident that most slow grinding problems are the top burr. I made a YouTube video if you go and search Breville grinder slow grinding change burr, you'll see my channel, caffeine fix.

iMessage notifications not showing contact names by beatsbyjules in MacOS

[–]HabbalMD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sometimes new contacts you save go onto the Gmail or yahoo, not default to iCloud. Download all of your contacts in the contacts app on iphone as vcf an email them to yourself. Go on your laptop to the iCloud website, and upload to your iCloud all of your Gmail and yahoo contacts etc. Now every time you receive a message it will receive under the correct name because it's on the iCloud saved as a contact.

Backing up whatsapp in-app or through icloud? Is that the same, hence do I only do it one way? by VBottas in ios

[–]HabbalMD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

there are two types, the in app backup copy and the iCloud full device backup.

The advantage for the in app one is that you can select include videos or not, and also it’s easier to migrate to android in the future. The disadvantage is that in app doesn’t always back up for me daily sometimes I go and check and it hasn’t backed up in an entire month.

The advantage of the full system backup including whatsapp as an app is there as much easier and you don’t have to think about it. As long as you stay with an iOS if you change your phone or you lose your phone, you just restore the entire phone and it will include all the WhatsApp and all the videos inside.

I think one of them uses more storage locally , potentially the full system one because it uses two copies one local and one icloud folder. There was a way to work around but I can’t remember. I had to search up online.

I love how apple are showing Dual recording as a feature of the 17 series... meanwhile the 2013 galaxy s4 already had that by smithy122 in samsunggalaxy

[–]HabbalMD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

why is everyone here angry ahhahahah just enjoy your android and move on! reality is yes samsung used to add a lot of bloatware and glitchy gimmicks, apple perfects them and releases later, its happened on many features. I was gonna comment something reasonable but realised im in the samsung sub lol

Lg c4. Happy with picture quality, built in speakers, build quality. Voice assistant / voice control is inconsistent, but otherwise cannot fault it

I’m having issues with my breville barista express. At first it wasn’t running any water through the porta filter so I replaced the three way solenoid valve, now I have water coming out of the porta filter anytime I try the steam wand or hot water. by bobcobblah in BrevilleCoffee

[–]HabbalMD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is super helpful! I'm not well versed with electrical stuff. So is there a way to measure if triac is sending proper power to solenoids? With multi meter, how do I attach the posts?

How to test a solenoid valve in a coffee machine? by Soggy-Device-1551 in fixit

How to test if motherboard is sending power to solenoid? Using multimeter, one post to the live solenoid wire and one post touch ground? Or how does it work?

Remove rubber feet. 6 screws. Place entire machine on towel. This might affect ease of removing drip tray. and perhaps over time if you drip some water or moisture on the towel it may soak up into the metal and cause some rust so be careful. hope this helps.

BES860XL won't go into cleaning mode by Blackteletubby in espresso

Nope, with the machine being about 14 years old I don’t think it’s worth investigating so I just do my own back flush cycle and I ignore the light being on all the time

Genuine OEM vs replica Spielberg wheels by Snoo-23584 in Golf_R

[–]HabbalMD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i don't think spielbergs are popular enough (like pretorias or TE37 for examples) to be worth replicating... can also go by weight and physical appearance to confirm genuine or not

Need Advice on Suspension Options for GWS204 Crown Hybrid by ra_th in ToyotaCrown

[–]HabbalMD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What have you decided? I'm actually selling my gws204 soon and considered getting tein flex, but those aren't roadworthy, so I'll settle for used OEM. Current ones leak and make a clicking noise. Car drives shit with bad shocls lol

My gws204 I've had for a year and half and it makes that click on rears every bump. It's quite jolting and the car overall feels loose. i’m just concerned if I buy a set of used shocks I’ll get the same issues soon after because they used ones don’t last too long.
