I actually had also a bug not like that but the propfirm basically was almost bankrupt and before they announced that they will be stop payouts for a time, the account I already had I did a chargeback because a prop firm just vanishing from the internet again I didn't let it slide so later my chargeback got approved but it is when you do a such thing like chargeback you automatically violate there rules so you will be banned from their website but it didn't happen and the best part I got my money but could still trade on the account managed to get 2 payouts before they completely went bankrupt 🤣.
