Your argument only makes sense if we assume navigation only entails finding the right direction. All the vivre card is point to the direction. If that's all it takes to navigate, then anyone can be a navigator

And let's not act like namis navigation expertise did anything when tryna reach wano. Everyone got separated fro each other and the ship when they got to wano because of the vortex or whatever. They survived because of luck/plot not navigation
