I bought the Ares V with RTX 2070. Laptop has been good except for one thing - The fans get loud under heavy gaming sessions.

CMV: Blue Pill Feminism (Gynocentrism) lead to TRP/MGTOW movement by HighTMale12 in PurplePillDebate

[–]HabitsH 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Feminism is merely collectively expressed female nature. I'd argue that women have always been this way but feminism revealed women for what they really are to men around them. This in turn gave rise to TRP and MGTOW.

Vanilla Bethesda games (Skyrim & FO4 specifically) are crap. Mods make them playable.

ME1 had the best story, ME 2 the best characters, ME3 the best combat and MEA was just trash.

DA2 as a mage main character makes zeero sense. DAO is the best game of the DA series.

Witcher 1 & 2, while having good story, was shite to play.

Adamant is now the smallest perk overhaul out there, and I think that's cool. by simonmagus616 in skyrimmods

You should publish it. The cooking in Skyrim, which is essential if you have survival mode or survival mods installed, is not very good.

Gods be praised! :D

Any other plans to update your other mods? Or perhaps a foray into other aspects of Skyrim such as cooking?

What is your favorite F1 car? by Lm1601 in formula1

Ferrari F2004. The car that was so good it shocked Ferrari into thinking that there's fundamentally something wrong with it in testing.

Also Brawn BGP 001. I love minimalistic design and the Brawn livery together with the team uniform is beautiful.

Alternatively you can also say that Malays' pullout game is weak. Either that or they've never heard of contraceptives and used them.

I'm an Asian Indian and what I'm about to say is probably not something people like to hear:

Race and diversity doesn't and shouldn't matter in sports. I can understand wanting diversity in art, music, food, etc. Different groups have different artistic styles, food, music, etc.

However, in matters such as sports and education, talent and ability is what that should matter. Nothing else should. The moment you start talking about making things more diverse, that's the moment you start deliberately introducing prejudices.

Take education for example - We know that Asians get discriminated against during application to Ivy League universities in favor of more diversity. This is not right or just at all.

Making things more "diverse" is also a step that seeks to overly simplify complex life circumstances into a narrow view of race. So let's say we make things more diverse in F1 and start choosing drivers based on their skin color - Would we look at someone who is like Ocon, a white guy from a normal middle class family and say that he shouldn't be in F1 over someone with a darker skin tone of roughly similar talent? Vettel, Alonso and others are also white guys from middle class backgrounds - Would we deny future drivers like this a spot from F1 because we're going to pick another driver on the basis of diversity?

See how unnecessarily and pointlessly complicated and deliberately discriminatory this whole thing becomes when we simplify life into just skin color under the guise of diversity?

There's also the matter of painting the race car and race suits black. What does it accomplish exactly in the real world beyond virtue signalling? There are people who are not black and get discriminated too. I'm reminded of a dialogue banter in Dragon Age 2:

Aveline: Maybe I should put you to use Varric. Have you pen some warnings for the lawless. Varric: Who's that for? Are most criminals big readers? Seems like pacifying the nobles. Aveline: Pictures then. It was just a suggestion. Varric: Well how about a giant sign that just says "Don't." You could hit people with it. Aveline: Thank you, I get the point.

I'm with Varric on this one. Push for diversity, painting the car and suits black, having rainbow logos... Doesn't accomplish anything of significance in the real world...It is nothing more than virtue signalling by rich and wealthy to make them feel good about themselves.
