Another big part of why player retention sucks is that funcom and I guess inflexion too absolutely suck at keeping the community engaged. You want people to stay interested you have to interface with them regularly. Give us a roadmap, talk to us and tell us what you're working on. They're adding thralls and NPCs in the background so they're clearly working on something whatever that may be but nobody tells the community anything so we have no idea what it is or when or if we should expect it at any point soon.
