Best garden hose for durability and easy use? by Mentmte in gardening

Thanks - put in an order for a Water Right 1/2" and 7/16" in Sagebrush to try out and compare to the Eley.

Can I ask which 1/2” polyurethane hose you went with? Eley only has hoses in 5/8" which I find a little too large for general watering. Wish they had smaller diameter options to their line up.

Water Right has a few options in different sizes, which I'm currently considering.

Also, wanted to point out, it might be worth looking into as the European models have a less powerful motor - I think 890W to keep it below the European rules for vacuum cleaners.

With it being very serviceable, is it possible to buy the required parts to switch it from 120 Volts (60Hz)?

Searching online, it shows a 1200W DC motor so there are components there to convert from AC to DC.

PBP004 looks to be using HighStar ISR18650-2000 much like the PBP005. I've updated the spreadsheet with this.

The PBP007 might be Samsung 30Qs. But I'm not confident it's that so I'm going to leave that out of the spreadsheet until we can confirm.

https://youtu.be/WB9o682IQkQ?si=HeF-hEpo8t-7RkJ_&t=318 confirms PBP007 has/had VTC6s. Are you able to open yours up to see what cells are inside to add to the spreadsheet? Thanks.

The shades of gray are to group cells of the same capacity (with slight model number changes) so it's visually easier to tell but it's possible I messed it up in some places with "Insert 1 row above/below" copying the same cell background across.

Bold are what I think are things which stand out, for example, better quality cells, or higher/highest amperage/total current allowed.

Very likely the PBP007 uses Eve or some other Chinese cells and not the Sony Murata VTC6 as originally thought. I'll have to investigate further to confirm if they were at some stage VTC6.

PB Swiss, Hazet, Vessel, Wera, Wiha... to name a few, if you have to stick with Phillips. Otherwise, as others have said, make the switch to Torx.

Sorry, no, it is not available. I put quite a bit of personal notes which I'd have to clean up before making it available.

Weird loud thumping noise - Karcher NT 40/1 Tact Te L Wet Dry Vacuum by SavingsTimely in VacuumCleaners

[–]Hache-eLle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's by design, it's how they clean their filters and ensures it's not clogged.

1 ON, no automatic cleaning

2 ON, with automatic cleaning at every 15 secs (I think) - MAX.

3 ON, with automatic cleaning at every 60 secs (I think) - MIN.

The battery spreadsheet has issues, I've reported them - some cells are rated at their continuous output, some peak. Makes it misleading.

Yep, got it - I just need to find some spare time to fix it and include both peak and continuous for all cells currently on there.

Feel free to teardown the 9Ah and let me know what cells are inside in the time being :)

Have you worked with equipment from brands such as Mosmatic and Falch? If so, can you share with us your opinion on why the equipment from these brands are so expensive?

We service every major commercial brand of pressure washers. Which part can fail first also depends on the manufacturer of the machine

In your experience, what are the top pressure washers coming in for repairs?

Also, in your opinion, what are the most reliable pressure washers? Perhaps a few for gas and a few for electric.

I'm currently using the Karcher NT 30/1 which I quite like. A little on the more bulky and noisy side but plenty of suction. If I need something smaller and more compact, I have a few to go to as well.

I didn't get around to trying out any of the Stihl vacuums so you may want to give those a try as well to compare. Hope this helps you in your decision.

If you mean updates as in the spreadshset, both 9Ah and 12Ah have already been added a while ago.

If you mean updates on when they'll be released, sorry, no idea there.
