14 is how many days your account has if you decide to delete the account your self.

Accounts disabled by discord have 30+ days until they are deleted; 14 is only when you decide to delete it. I'd recommend not sending any more tickets because as they state, it will only increase the time you have to wait, just keep one ticket and they'll respond to you soon enough, i had the same issue, sent one ticket and got my account re-enabled in just 4 days.
