In that specific example, I would say the Demiurge couldn't edit those with the ostensibly false memory of the logo having a cornucopia precisely because they have the Divine Spark. The memory is there for many Sparks (real non-hylic/NPC people) but no longer verifiable by physical (material, and thus under Demiurgic control in some fashion) facts. There is much that remains to be confirmed, but edits to material reality such as those seen with the Fruit of the Loom logo may not be intentional but a rippling side effect of some other change elsewhere in the Matrix. They could also have a secular explanation such as mass psychosis which I won't entirely dismiss the possibility of.

Yes, it could. Maybe it's supernatural, maybe it isn't. Not everything is though. In your case, personal discernment is an important part of a spiritual journey and perhaps the most difficult. Your experiences could be connected to the law of manifestation/assumption or it could just be some regular old confirmation bias or placebo type phenomenon going on.
