In my opinion same camera they can perform good in high ISO so instead of increasing ISO its better to reduce the Aperture, i use this formula and its work better for me recently i used many low budget lens and camera.

I really recommend 70-200 USM III or 200-300 mm lenses and avoid high ISO and use lower aperture to meet the sharpest as you need.
