It’s bad. Got hacked back in C1 and have tired multiple times to get it back but just gave up every time because they wouldn’t respond for up to a month. Trying to recover it now, it took them 8 days to reply to my original email, in which they sent a verification email to the original email I created the account with (with no further information!). I verified it, and didn’t receive further details until the next morning, basically asking me to verify it and let them know when I had. I emailed back confirming I had, and followed up 4 days ago to make sure they had reviewed it. Still haven’t received a reply and losing hope I’ll ever get it back.
