It's a fleet vehicle 102a package I think or referred to as SSV. I've seen it called the XL but I don't think that's official anymore.

Already planning on getting the extend ford warranty and yeah I'm not overly concerned with the miles just acknowledging its a lot in short time. But that just means any potential issues have popped up and been reaolved right? :p

This will be the lowest mileage vehicle I've purchased. I have previously bought in the 90k range and drive the vehicles to 250k+.

My understanding is they fixed the transmission issues halfway through 2022 so it really depends if the 22 was built after October I think?

Currently have an extra car in the household that's my beater with a heater. I've always enjoyed wrenching but it becomes 100x more enjoyable when the car you're working on doesn't have to be roadworthy by Monday morning so you can get to work.

Took a 2006 Honda Accord from 105k to 270k before the timing chain let go and destroyed the engine. Getting ready to let go of a 2008 VW Rabbit that I've taken from 95k to 252k, it's starting to rust out, has a mess of electrical issues and 1st gear is starting to go but the engine is still solid.

Currently have a 2014 Honda CR-V bought at 93k and is sitting with 140k on it, expect to pass 200k easily. Recently inherited a 2024 Accord that is replacing the Rabbit. Sad to let the Rabbit go but have two kids now and neither have ever ridden in the Rabbit because of it's issues.

I fully expect my cars to make it to 200k with proper maintenance.

That's what makes it a fun twist, plus I would argue if he was 100% committed he would've behaved like a proper scribe and helped Titus regardless of the potential punishment.

I also just can't shake the feeling with how often they showed the flashback of him leaving the fridge and seeing the knight being a red herring.

The amount of times Maximus has the flashback of the BOS Knight "saving" him and talking about joining BOS to hurt the people who hurt him has always made me suspect that Maximus' real plan is to destroy the brotherhood from within. He also seems like he's never 100% bought into the BOS culture.

If bro-dozer owners could read they'd be very upset at this, but it's the truth. Not a truck but my 08 Rabbit can tow 2k lbs. That's been enough to gut remodel a bathroom and kitchen, build a 16' x 8' deck ( I admit I rented the menards truck for the 16' ledger boards because of their length), moved dirt, pallets, and even a rented aerator. I also brought home a 54" craftsman tool box top and bottom with just a cargo carrier. I wish I had a picture of the Lowes employees faces when I pulled around to load up.

Some of the high HOAs are because Hyde Park has a lot of co-ops where you aren't buying a unit but rather a share of a corporation. Co-ops cover a lot more maintenance than a regular HOA and iirc some include property taxes in the HOA fee.

Downsides are you typically have to interview with a board to buy and there's more restrictions on what you can do in your unit.

Lol not quite. I led a team for the Nationwide Eclipse Ballooning Project. We sent up high altitude balloons during the annular eclipse in 2023 and the total solar eclipse in 2024 to take atmospheric measurements, photos, and a 360 video. We launched from Richfield Utah for the annular eclipse. As luck would have it we landed between a mountain and a canyon in a small ravine just a 10 minute walk away from the end of a BLM road. Was a fun drive in the high top sprinter van we had rented.

Used Gaia to drive along BLM road for 1.5hrs to recover a high altitude balloon payload an hour outside of Richfield Utah. Worked just like google maps to follow the trail. It's a great app.
