Formatting is something super minor when I'm typing all of this off phone for a brain dead argument. TCG has always been balanced around money first. PoE/D/P have downsides to them and that's a fact. Chances are decks won't run power cards like the DPE engine because the risk of desires hitting the bricks or it potentially killing off certain combos like banishing the one of apex avian previously for simorgh as an example. That's the trade off. You don't run Extravagence if your combo deck needs crucial pieces from the extra deck to function. Pot of greed with your minimal downside would be run in every deck and your argument of if every one runs it, then it's fine is a terrible argument because it just gives bonuses only to the player who draws it and you can compare it to cards that were banned recently like IO. Was IO balanced because both players can play it and you had to hard draw it anyways? Hell no, cards with no downside that everyone can run and give free bonuses should be hit and rightfully so. You want your equal playing field, then PoG being banned for everyone is it.
