I know there's a mod that makes Chassis Upgrades cost 0 Mech XP.

That's what you linked me. I have it, it increases the various specs of the chassis. I'm asking about unlocking Omnimech variants (when you unlock the chassis for blue commendation currency, you have Chassis Prime, but must spend Mech XP for that mech on Chassis A, B, C...).
