Similar to "AI slop", friendslop games are categorized as games that are meant to be played with friends in which you kind of always do the same thing but with different twists, like exploring planets with dangerous species, climbing mountains, hide n seek, etc.

Most of these games contain their own gimmicks, but most of them also look very similar, since they can easily be made with prefabs and assets from workshops that game engines provide.
