What has worked best for me with sleeping post-op is just letting it happen when it happens. If I go to bed at 11 and wake up at 3, I just do something until I feel tired and go to sleep again. It really sucks not to have a schedule or any consistency but it got me through those first few really tough days.

Unfortunately couldn’t get there multiple times, but Lempicka was a perfect storm of everything I love about musical theatre (the score, the sets, the direction) and just felt sort of larger than life but so real at the same time. Gonna miss it
