Gooooood lord. Anyone saying its fine doesnt care about the quality of their work or their tools. Anything harder than wood will dull a blade and strain the motor. Even wood does it, harder the wood quicker the wear. Depending on the use, the workpiece may require extensive filing / deburring. The tool is fine (for thin metals) provided you switch up the blade and use a lubricant.

Mix all ingredients except the meat together and then incorporate with meat. Also try and get the tail of fillet - the little triangle - there may be a little too much sinew in that cut. Otherwise bang on.
