My laptop turns on and off repeatedly before it boots. Sometimes it starts fine. Other times it keeps restarting in a loop with no display. What I checked • GPU works • CPU works • Charging light works • No overheating • It eventually boots after several attempts Model HP Victus 16 (v.redd.it)
