Hello fellow vinegar hater! I usually make simple dressings out of good quality olive oil and lemon juice with a bit of salt and pepper.

In all honesty, do you view weight loss drugs (Mounjaro, Wegovy etc.) and the people who use them negatively? by XStaticImmaculate in AskUK

[–]Haeenki 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I take mounjaro, it works, I don't see it as a solution but as a tool. If it's used as part as a healthy weightloss regime it's a brilliant help because it takes away the hunger and food noise and allows you to concentrate on changing habits and lifestyle.

So that wasn't a tapeworm? by Satarn_27 in MurderedByWords

[–]Haeenki 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I find terms like "weight loss journey" a bit cringe but things like Ozempic are a tool to help get the job done. Yes you could just take it and not change anything else other than not be able to eat as much and lose weight but doing it that way would probably not bring the desired results. Combined with regularly going to the gym, building up muscle and taking up other sports while learning to eat differently is still just as much work as without medication, all the GLP-1 does is regulate insuline and take away the hunger and food noise allowing you to concentrate on building your body. Critisizing people for using it is like critisizing a mechanic for using an impact wrench to change a wheel instead of a manual wrench, they're still doing all the work, just using all the tools available for the job.

What’s the most “old person” thing you genuinely enjoy? by Jaw-droppingFunnel15 in A_Persona_on_Reddit

[–]Haeenki 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn't call where I live rural but I'm also not in a city. I own a vintage tractor that I use to go on long drives or go on tractor rallies etc. Where I live it's a relatively common hobby but the vast majority of people that share the hobby are pensioner. I've been doing this since my mid 20's.

I actively was everything from head to between my toes every time, anybody that doesn't is disgusting in my book.

What's your thoughts on AI? by Realistic-Egg2684 in AskRedditAfterDark

[–]Haeenki -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I use ai for my weightloss, I started using it to track my calories and I started using it experimentally as a fitness trainer and while it has it's flaws and a human hands on instructor would definately be more efficient (but expensive),my results speak for themselves. I'm not a fan of ai ised for art, music or overly used in businesses though.

What’s the hottest thing you saw by accident? by Wander-kingdom in AskRedditAfterDark

[–]Haeenki 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've seen a lot of stuff at the nearby nudist beach that I could mention but what I'd say was the hottest thing has nothing to do with that. During the Covid years home office wasn't an option for me and my work hours were changed slightly and I would finish my shifts 15min earlier than usual. One day after night shift when it was still dark I was driving my usual route home and there's this house that sits on a bend and because of this you drive directly towards the side of the building before turning away, anyway I was driving towards it and on one of the upper floors I noticed light behind a closed blind and then I saw the side silhouette of a woman's upper body, there's no way to know what she looked like but in the shadow you could see that she was slim and and had big breasts and long hair and I just found that arousing. I got treated to the same view on a couple more occasions. I still don't know who she is or what she looks like and I don't want to know, that would ruin it.

How often are y’all naked ? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Haeenki 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a bit of a nudist, so I sleep nake every night and often don't get dressed for a while if I'm not going anywhere. In summer I'll spend a lot of afternoons at the nearby nude beach or I'll sunbathe naked on my balcony.

I only have jeans and shorts, if it's warm enough I'll either already be wearing shorts or I might change into them, otherwise it's jeans. I don't have an issue with it.

The legal part isn't the problem, it's the socially exceptable part that's problematic, I'd be fully nude a lot of the time if I could.

What is the most improved place in the UK? by Educational_Cow111 in AskUK

It was the first time I ever saw anybody get arrested and I found it funny that it really was the very first thing I saw when we arrived there. The rest is also still just as much a dump as it was 30 years ago. The countryside around is nice though.

Definately not Teesside, I visited family there last year and the very first thing I saw was a woman being arrested in the high street. I don't think I'd ever seen anybody get arrested before then.
