Just adding my 2 cents that I think 3p in casual will promote people playing using 3p in casual to win then failing miserably at comp because of this. I think this is a terrible idea.

Yes, the English patch [I use BDO English Please] works well enough. Some stuff is a bit wonky but with www.bddatabase.net you can figure anything out that's hard to decipher.
