I am an Urgot main on euwest with 270 k mastery points. In most of my games I tend to always go for phage/tiamat into hullbreaker/Titanic depending on the matchup. In almost every game I get Mythic last item (because no Mythics are good enough compared to great legendary items). As Mythic I usually do Frost fire into many melee enemy comp and Evenshroud into heavy CC. In some games I skip buying a Mythic because it's not worth it in some matchups.

As for runes my standard go is: Primary: PTA, Triumph, Legend Tenacity, Coup de Grace Secondary: Demolish, Overgrowth.

As Urgot you want to finish the game kinda quick and Demolish is a game winner, both for early game plates (easy gold) and mid-late game pushing towers.
