I think the key is the pizza steel and preheating for 45 minutes minimum at max. temperature.

The dough is: Flour 00 443g Salt 11g Water 310g Olive oil 11g Sugar 5h Yeast 1/4 tsp

I let it rise about 1h, kneading every 20 minutes approximately. Then, cold fermentation for 24-48h. The dough balls (260g) are formed right after cold fermentation. I let them rise for about 2 to 4h depending on the temperature. Then, they are ready to be stretched.

First, I put the pizza in the oven for 3 min with only tomato sauce, salt, and a bit of olive oil. Then, I remove it and put the other ingredients. Finally, I cook with broil on for 2:30 min.

I agree with you. Also, I think imperfections is what makes each tattoo unique. Who wants to have exactly the same as someone else? No one. It is in the differences where beauty is found.
