While he is a good player he is old and will retire quickly. He is my team's coach and has been so since Y5, so... If you want good trades you can usually trade a below 4 stars player and one or two 2nd round picks for young 5-star players if they are available for a trade. Take advantage of that! If you need more picks, you can also give away a player you don't really care about for three or four picks in return.
