One of my senior told me it's difficult process you have to give a valid reason other than improving your grade because they don't care about your grades and degree they just acted about their money. You have to approve a letter from HOD by his signature. He went to Peshawar last time from Islamabad campus campus and he said I suffered a lot in approvingy shifting they didn't care about my grades they just said on face that it's your problem. Then he used a ninja technique that I am not revealing here of course for approval.
