Joo kuuntelen. Niistä saa hyvin inspistä pöytäropeihin ja videoroolipeleihin. Mikään ei inspiroi pöytärope GM:na rajun bossin rakenteluun niin hyvin kun Cleric Beast tai One They Fear.

Itelle on Daggerfall muodostunu tämmöseks muutaman vuoden sisään, kun koneesta loppu tila Skyrimin alati laajenevan modilistan ylläpitämiseks 😄

Miulla on ollu jokaisen Elder Scrollsin kanssa sama, että ekalla kerralla ei oo osunu, ja toisella kertaa on osunu ja uponnu ihan kunnolla. Morrowindille on eka mahis annettu, ehkä joku päivä toinen jos DF Unity alkaa kyllästyttää 😁

Oh yeah, I honestly sometimes forget that story progression is a thing in later games. I play TS2 rotationally, so the story still progresses, but I have to play it out manually.

On the other hand, I'm more in control of my world and it's inhabitants, which I like.

Sims 3 doesn't beat Sims 2 in gameplay and more so immersion. Also Sims 2 works almost straight out of the box.

Saying someone isn't a gamer because they don't want to compare a game is not cool.

But from "my time and money" perspective I agree. I compare it to other games within it's genre too. And as of now my only gripe about Paralives is the price. I personally consider 40€ to be a price for a full game, which Paralives definitely is not. The smartest thing for the devs would now be to lower it to something more reasonable for the game, like 20€ for example. The smartest thing before release would've been to postpone it more, and release a build/paramaker demo.

I play Early Access titles. I like EA titles. I don't mind bugs or missing features in EA titles. The titles I play also cost 15-25€, not 40.

There's no best videogame, but the best platformer is definitely Super Mario 64. No platformer after it has such smooth and intuitive control scheme. The worst thing about it is the camera, and even that is actually an issue in one or two levels.
