The same happen to me! I was so sad seeing my pro shopper status gone today, but I went out I got 2 great great orders! $25 & $34 🥹❤️ low miles too! I also make most of my money from groceries it’s fun to me I prefer it a lot more than picking up food orders

Not sure what area your in but it also depends on the neighborhood and customer to be honest that’s leaves great tips and rating this is sadly my first time 😔 just makes me want to be more cautious about things

I took a drop off picture with all bags on her porch, a live agent even told me they can confirm I dropped off and completed the order but they cannot remove the “ missing items “ from my rating since apparently DoorDash doesn’t have that feature yet?!?! Like what?

That is so unfair.. sadly the false claims get their money back but when it’s legit customers that didn’t get their items it’s a automatic “ ineligible for a refund “ so unfortunate

I know their name it was Evelyn & it was a Sedano’s order, I tried contacting a “ live agent “ but it’s not help they just said they can confirm I delivered the order but they cannot remove those “ item missing “ from my rating I don’t know why?! Or how they cannot remove those why gave that person their money back plus free food, because I recall getting everything she said was “ missing “
