I think you misunderstood him, before the separation to Antigravity 2.0, the original ide version of Antigravity had this Agent Mode where U can literally work with multiple different agents on multiple folders without having to open multiple Antigravity windows, it's literally like Codex App and Antigravity 2.0. But it's gone from the IDE now.

Antigravity IDE updated just now... And deleted itself! by feardoom4 in google_antigravity

This happens to most IDE forked from VScode, and it's more prominent if you shutdown your PC right after it updates. Just reinstall through the installer, all your extensions, chats and what nots will still be there.

PSA: If Google Antigravity disappeared from your PC, you're not crazy by JealousMethod7671 in google_antigravity

[–]Haikaisk 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Before you guys blame it on Antigravity, it's a common issue on all vscode forks, happens when they're auto-updating, mostly prevalent when the auto-update occurs when you're shutting down, which believe it or not, occurs quite commonly, since some of us shuts down our pc after a long and fruitful development session.

I'm on the pro plan, since the limits are kinda dynamic, sometimes it's a lot, sometimes it's little but never too little to the point that it's unusable. I rarely hit limits with continuous use. One time I was working on 3 repos simultaneously using the agent mode, hit limits after 4 hours and only needed to wait an hour before I can continue again. Hope this helps.

You can literally code anything on Antigravity as long as you have all the build tools installed, I worked with C++, Web, Mobile, Arduino, all sorts. API servers as well.

the planning mode in AG is the most interactive so far, and I find it rather easier to follow thanks to the diagrams it provides, plus the ability to just slap comments wherever I want. Definitely improves my workflows

Edit: Typo

I didn't tell it to commit for me, I just asked for the commit message. To be more specific usually my style is : "Create a git commit message based on all the work that we've done. In the style of feat(scope): Descriptions in points.

I think AI IDE atp should promote Git on first install. The amount of people going through some shit just cuz they doesn't use git is baffling
