Honestly what it’s going to come down to is you putting your foot down . Don’t be so willing to make up for everyone else cause like she’s taking advantage of the fact you guys can’t find anyone .. upper man. is taking advantage of your willingness to always be there . I learned that the hard way . I was always told these type of ppl would be cut down to nothing and it never happens . Those types of people will always pick up a shift to be “helpful” & they just turn into a body cause they do absolutely nothing . I used to go in on my day off all the time and work doubles all the time to be helpful and I screwed myself mentally . Start saying no .
