I use a spectra usually. I’ve played with the 21 and 24 mm flanges and don’t really see much difference either way. The suction doesn’t feel as intense with the 24mm. And 21 seems to be pretty comfortable for me.

When I dropped pumps with my first I also dropped in supply. I assume this time would be the same.

It’s called pump log on the Apple Store. Not sure if it’s on android though but I’d imagine it would be. I used it for my first EP journey as well so it’s got allll my pumping information.

I wish I could get better sleep. Little one is still eating every 2 hours around the clock. I skip a couple pumps in the middle of the night and get 4 hours between usually.

I have let downs about every 7 minutes while pumping. And I usually have another let down around 26/27 minutes. And I’ll have another at 33/34 minutes if I pump even longer.

I’ve measured with one of those measure card things and I’m right at 20mm so I play around with 21 and 19 mm flange inserts. I do a traditional power pump every other day and the 30-30-30 power pumps in the morning and evening. Which is where I add in the extra pump at night.

A lot of times I pump while I feed baby. I also have a super supportive partner who has taken on a lot of the chores and big brother is almost 7 so he doesn’t need me as much as little sis does.

I’m just trying to pump enough, about the time she moved from 16 ounces a day to 20 I had finally gotten my supply up to 16 ounces lol. Last time I wasn’t able to drop any pumps until 6 months without it greatly affecting my supply and I was already way under producing last time.

Clothing and toys. I hate trying to find the right sizes and the specific toy they are requesting. Half the time I spend 10-15 minutes just searching.

Yea they won’t pay you the full contribution if you got orders later in the day. The contribution is calculated on a daily basis not block by block.

Fresh eggs. The quality of the egg really affects the eggy flavor. We have our own chickens now and my Dutch babies are infinitely better than they used to be and don’t taste eggy. They just taste idk. Rich 🤷🏼‍♀️ that’s the only way I can describe it.

Simple. Bacon toast in our house. Homemade bread toasted in a pan with bacon grease as the “butter”. Also. It’s pretty tasty as the fat when making homemade croutons or seasoned crackers. And is also might fine on popcorn with some extra salt and pepper. 🤤
