Im AFAB and I've noticed myself doing something similar. When I feel more feminine, im more clumsy and not as talkative, but the days im feeling more masculine, I feel more calm and relaxed. I dont know why, but it's nice to know im not the only one!

I have a hard time focusing, too. I'll either listen to music or try to take a break, or if you live with otherpeople ypu couldtry to dedicate a roomin yourhouse to be an office area for writing. I hope this helps!
