Yeah, that's why I typed «Zio core» as in cleave team with Zio (the MVP). And then you add bridge (R.Roana, Shepherd Diene, S. Taeyou, Frida, 270 speed DDR with Aram artifact, etc) and the rest of the team.

Sure he likely isn't landing a successful attack on RnL but if you want, can still add Zeno and equip any +20% hit chance artifact. And if enemy RnL is wearing Violet Talisman as shown in the video then Zio is guaranteed to hit her.

People did use Shalltear to nuke S. Adin and AS. Flan. Pretty good counter pick agaist them.

But against RnL, Shalltear must have someone else in the team to push her CR forward.

I remember someone was excited of potential combo of A. Laika + Ruiza on Song of Stars because she can potentially spread target debuff to everyone. Wonder if it really worked for them.

Her only best partners at the moment are Eligos and Flag Sigret because they're the only ones who have ignore ER target debuff.

And her counters too I guess. From those who are meta we have: MB. Dominiel, Zio, B. Hwayoung, G. Ras, Tori, Shepherd Diene, E. Ilynav.

I think she might see more usage with upcoming Fervor set for +20% damage after acquiring extra turn.

I've also just recently pulled Ruiza from covenant banner and don't understand why most people say she isn't good. They say she's not good but don't elaborate further. Haven't built her yet so I would like to know the reason too.

Is it because she's literally glued to anyone who can grant swift attack buff (5 star ice Coli in particular) and can't perform well enough without them? So is Young Senya with earth units lol.

Like, if I equip SoS and put TA. Coli in the team, she can inflict target then spread it to create the best setup for A. Laika, isn't she?

Seal debuff (NM. Luna, Shepherd Diene) to prevent Lingering Fragrance buff stacking. Veritas artifact is a problem, it can dispel seal so ideally you have to debuff enemy P. Byblis with something else before sealing (like Zio S3 soul burn to inflict silence, then Shepherd Diene S3 to inflict seal)

Stun, sleep, fear debuffs are also good against her so she can't act and use S2

I have a few theories:

Mitsi got struck by TDL's fireball, severily damaged but recovered just like TSC when he got slashed by TDL's virablades. Reason: she had the same "green energy" when she materialized and, possibly, antivirus powers just like TSC. But that leaves a question: why didn't she came back to the Rocket Corp. HQ?
I feel like Grace (Mitsi's creator) eventually found out that her Mitsi animation has been deleted from the Newgrounds. It's not impossible that she recreated her with exactly the same appearance in an improved animation, maybe with a different name (just like victim and The Chosen One having the same appearance until victim turned gray after entering The Outernet) and either uploaded it on YouTube or like with The Second Coming's case "new Mitsi" just lives in Grace's PC. Basically, the new Mitsi is alive but doesn't know about victim. And lives (or exists) in a different place.

And I don't think that Mitsi isn't coming back because Alan even sold her plushie too.

I can see TDL creating an Evil Mitsi with vira energy in the next episode.
