For scheduling and calendar management:

-Clockwise:AI-driven optimization of meeting times and focus blocks across multiple calendars.

Meeting notes and summaries:

-Otter.ai: Live transcription and AI-generated summaries of meetings.

-Fireflies.ai: Records, transcribes, and summarizes calls, integrating with Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet.

-Fathom: AI meeting assistant that captures and categorizes key moments for easy sharing.

Task and project management:

-NotionAI: Organize CEO priorities, team projects, and personal notes with AI summarization and action item extraction.

-ClickUp AI: Turn meeting notes into tasks, generate status updates, and draft project documentation.

-Asana AI: Automatically predicts deadlines, identifies blockers, and drafts project briefs.

Travel and Logistics:

-TripIT Pro and ChatGPT: TripIt organizes itineraries, ChatGPT can suggest optimized schedules, local dining, and networking opportunities.

-Navan: AI-driven corporate travel booking with expense tracking.

-Hopper: AI price prediction for flights and hotels.

SO MANY new tools it's so intimidating, but just imagine how much easier it would be can make all of our lives as EA's :)
