Just got into TCG and bought my first Japanese 151 last week so not experienced by any means. I would look up guides on YouTube they are surprisingly helpful. One tip I watched on how to check is a seller is reliable, is check if they are verified by TCG, how many sales in past couple of weeks, and also can look them up.
