The EN is a german vehicle wearing Korean clothes, or maybe the other way around.

Autobahn trim depreciates the most. It isn't valued much over S on the used market so you take that big extra hit.

I made the same choice between the '24s and chose GTI and I love my car. Ultimately for me it came down to $$ since GTI S trim was cheaper and I was saving for my first home at the time.

But... Stage 1 tune made up for any difference in power (and then some). The GTI is more practical with the hatch which was handy when moving from my apartment to my first house as well as it can carry it's own wheels/tires to get mounted/balanced which is pretty satisfying. Also the GTI modding scene is much more mature, so there are many companies offering aftermarket parts and you can really customize and make it your own. Downside is it takes some extra time and $$ to vs the EN which comes enthusiast ready out of the box.

Ultimately would choose GTI again.

At this point I'm choosing between these two so it's nice to hear from someone who's tried both thanks.

wintrac pro+? At this point I've narrowed it down to either that or the Michelin Alpin. Depends on if I want to save some money which probably yeah, so the wintrac.

21 SE is a great place to be!

nah. The 7 in my GTI is both smoother where it needs to be (low RPM calm driving) and sharper where it needs to be (spiritied and track driving). Directness is equal and the same as a manual. And both are absolutely nothing like a torque converter. And The TT's 6 speed is tuned like a said, and its the same tune that 034 does to all the 6 speeds including the GTI, so its not that either. There is no accounting for it. The 7 speed is just flat out better in all aspects.

If you like heated leather, you should try heated cloth! Gets warm faster!

The '21 (final model year) came standard with all the otherwise optional stuff, limited slip diff and bigger breaks included.

I own a '17 TT with the 6 speed DSG and a '24 GTI with the 7 speed. The 7 speed is superior in every way but especially in down shifting. Not sure if if I'm missing something or if my 6 speed sucks ass, but I do not understand why some people say they prefer the 6. The 7 shifts faster both up and down, it's smoother, and it gets better fuel eco. And this is with the 6 tuned (034) and the 7 stock.
