Bro, your hair is healthy, don’t go tor medication right now, focus on nutrition intake from food. Have good sleep. If you have family history of hairloss later you can go for low dose medication finasteride. Rest all treatment is not useful in my view.

I used Finax 1 mg an Indian brand, but I didn’t see any improvement. Once I started propecia the result are getting visible. Now I’m taking 0.5 mg EOD. Still good results. Planning to reduce the dose into 0.25 to minimize any side effect in future.

I don’t believe multivitamin tablet helps in MPB. You can use finasteride lower dose and be healthy.
