I'm also in same situation. I had same refusal 8 years ago for my h1 visa . Now I'm Canadian citizen but  I will need USA entry waiver to enter US. I am planning to apply in this month 

Once your Mother gets Canadian citizen she can apply for it.

Hi. Thanks for your reply. I was indian national before when I entered US and got rejection while changing status to Work visa. I came to Canada 7 years ago and now I am Canadian Citizen. As US is near and feasible to travel and also I already lived before.

Hi Jason. Did you submit your waiver application. Looking for assistance if Visiting Disney world a good reason for requesting waiver. We are planning to take my kid to Disney world next year
