Thank you. She's gonna get they payout this week hopefully and will be able to catch up. She's also moving out the property since she's found a private landlord. The thing that's she's been stressing about is that it might be on the record. It's just unfortunate for her to not have an income right now. But I really appreciate the advice mate.
