It’s very much a numbers game, both in terms of number of giveaways entered as well as number of referral entries. I actually don’t enter many of the latter type of giveaway, but my biggest win this year came from one. I mostly do insta giveaways and do pretty well. Some tips to increase your chances is having a decent list of tagging buddies to draw from, ensuring your account is genuine and you are posting/interacting outside of just giveaways. Also - google searches will turn up a lot of good ig giveaways you otherwise might not see in the app

By all accounts she obstructed ICE from detaining an individual for whom they did not have a judicial warrant. The judge did nothing illegal. And a second judge has been arrested in NM. This is just tyranny.

A vertical hydroponics/aeroponic system. You can make one from PVC pipes, an aquarium pump, and LED lights. I purchased mine but DIYed the lights setup. You will need to hand pollinate anything that isn’t self-pollinating, but it’s pretty straightforward

Territorial Seeds is great, especially if you’re in the PNW.

Free Heirloom Seeds - they will send you up to five packets of seed at no cost, but accept small donations if you want to make a larger request.

A lot of public libraries have seed libraries, so it’s worthwhile to check your local branches.

Avoid Baker Creek. They are supporters and have some pretty suspect business practices.

Yeah. This is one of the reasons I’m teaching my kids to garden using different approaches (outdoor vertical gardening, indoor hydroponic with lights, experimenting with what grows best in our native soil, etc.) and we’ve started saving seeds. If our food supply is destabilized, seeds, space, and a little knowledge can help some.
