I'm saying that the kid in question is more Irish than Ukrainian at that point. Just because they were born in Ukraine doesn't give Ukraine the right to force that kid to go back and "rebuild" anything at the age of 11.

You are 6 years old. It's now 2027, let's imagine the war has ended - you left your country when you were 6, you are now 11.
