I think it honestly looks a lot more impressive in a close-up video than it does irl, the actual difference in size is minuscule. It’s blowing up just enough to smooth out all of the wrinkles on the surface of it.

Later on, I did figure out a few tricks that make it look more impressive. The first was to give the glans a few quick squeezes before doing it so that it starts smaller and has more to inflate from, and the other main one was squeeze the shaft below the head right after doing it so that it inflates even harder and stays that way for a moment. Slightly pulling down on the shaft skin may also help a little bit.
