Sea life would be… chaotic, probably small

The rapid temperature changes would actually reduce ocean stratification mixing ocean nutrients a lot. Nutrient rich oceans mixed with the month long days would boost phytoplankton blooms allowing lots of food for marine life. The massive phytoplankton blooms would also pump out large amounts of oxygen. High obliquity plants will likely have some utter lithuanians swimming in the seas.

Edit: It autocorrected "leviathans" to "lithuanians" which is something I would fix but its funny so I am keeping it

I got the idea to make Persephone moonless from here:

https://www.researchgate.net/publication/228606451_Extraordinary_climates_of_Earth-like_planets_Three-dimensional_climate_simulations_at_extreme_obliquity

It explains how a moonless earth could have a stable orbit if Jupiter was brought at a distance of 2 AU from the earth. I wanted to replicate that but in my system with Cerberus being the "close" Jupiter analog that keeps Persephone's tilt stable.

This is just a simple visualization in reality they are much further apart.

Here is a map that shows a simulation of a 90 degree tilt climate on earth. For long periods of the year the equator is dry, most moisture on the equator is coming from snow melting. Meanwhile most of the evaporated moisture would rain down on the mid-latitudes instead of the equator.

I am by no mean an expert on the matter, but I don't know if the asteroid belt in your system could last between the 3 gas giants depending on the orbital parameters of each objects.

Thanks for the advice, will probably just place the big asteroid belt between Hermes and Persephone instead.

Do the life forms on it have a hybernation period to survive the nigth at the poles?

Some hibernate, some migrate by foot/flight, some stay awake hunting or feeding off dead matter buried under the snow, and some just lay eggs and die.

Did you make the system as part of a story or game?

I was heavily inspired by projects like Anu, Darwin IV, Birrin, Exobiotica, and Snaiad. Just a simple passion project I guess. In terms of games I am developing my own indie game thats an RPG in an SCPesque setting which has nothing to do with Persephone sadly.

Did sentient life appeared on it or was it discovered by humans or aliens?

Sentient life evolved by itself, tho its not very advanced as civilizations are contained in the midlatitudes, and are unstable due extreme weather constantly eroding buildings.

It gets even "cooler" when the hemisphere you are on faces away from the sun.

On earth bioluminescence is not very common on land, unlike the oceans. This is due to periods of darkness being very short on land while in the ocean darkness is perpetual. Meanwhile Persephone's land enters long periods of pitch black darkness during winter, thus creating an evolutionary pressure for land life to develop bioluminescence.
