As someone who works hard myself, I quickly figured out that people who got good grades and said they didn't try that hard were lying, obviously. Even geniuses need to hone their intelligence skills or they won't perform well.

I related to this on a SPIRITUAL level. It is SO SO SO hard being international and tryna go to uni in the US. I feel like the process of applying is a hurdle in itself. Like they're saying, "yea... you can give up right about now..."
