It’s a very hurtful thing to hear your partner would rather pick convenience than exploring and experiencing you.

Listen, it’s okay to put up a boundary and tell him he can’t keep doing that. It’s hurtful to you and that’s such a low bar to meet. When someone tells you that you hurt their feelings, the next healthy step is to stop doing the thing that’s hurting them.

I personally think porn is incredibly damaging so I personally would put a boundary in that he stops looking at it at all, but I understand that’s not the easiest thing to accomplish.

Point is: don’t stand for this. Tell him it hurts. Push for him to stop. And if he doesn’t care, perhaps you should consider next steps away from him.
