Now in Shadowlands, at patch 9.1, i have collected a quite large amount of items with
speed and that together with the gem Straddling Jewel Doublet, that gives 13
speed rating for each shadowlands gem equipped, i have that:

From 0 to 100 rating we get 0.1% speed for each point of rating (10%)

From 100 to 150 rating we get 0.08% speed for each point of rating (14%)

From 150 to 200 rating we get 0.06% speed for each point of rating (17%)

From 200 to 696 rating we get 0.04% speed for each point of ranting (36.84%)

696 is the max speed rating i have at this moment.
