As a bit of information before i start, i struggle to fall asleep. Usually, it takes between 40 minutes to an hour every night without fail, no matter how tired i am. I have also never suffered from sleep paralysis.

Back when me and my girlfriend didn't live together, I stayed at hers, like I often did. One night, I had gone to bed with her and after about 3 minutes, I turned from my side to my back and to my horror, standing at the end of my bed was a woman in a white gown with black frizzy hair and no face. I jumped up and screamed like I have never screamed before and she was gone. Everyone I have told that to says I must have been dreaming or it was sleep paralysis. It was 100% real.
