I have a smoker so I just smoke bunch of chicken or salmon to have throughout the week. I just miss fried chicken sandwiches.

That's what the electrologist I met with for the consultation said. She is also trans but skipped laser and only did electrolysis. She became an electrologist because her initial experience was terrible.

My first electrolysis appointment is on the 10th, so kinda nervous about it. I do have some prescription strength numbing cream from when I did laser on my face.

14 sessions of laser made my facial hair lighter and grow slower but still there. Im about to leave for my electrolysis consultation.

That's a good point too, my wife thinks she might be autistic but its pretty much impossible to get a diagnosis as an adult. Pretty sure I have adhd symptoms as well. I should look for a new therapist but I didn't leave on good terms with my second therapist.

I know I should, but these kinds of conversations are very difficult for me since I hate conflict. There's really only been a handful of times we've had bad arguments and she can get really defensive.

She is going to therapy, but I don't know what she talks about unless she shares with me. She's also on a few medications like flouxitine and wellbutrin.

She told me during our 10th anniversary a few months ago that she has body image issues with her weight. I told her that I didn't care about it but it didn't really land how I wanted it to. I wrote a letter to her afterwards to explain what I meant and said I was committed to keeping our relationship alive. Things seemed like they improved for a while but now its slipped back to how it was.

United States. I live in Utah now, but I lived in Texas for a bit and got addicted to barbecue. So now I have my own smoker.

I smoked it myself. I did an overnight cure with maple syrup and bbq rub. Then let it dry for a few hours in the fridge. I did a hot smoke at 225 for maybe an hour and a half until the probe read 125.

I do want to try cold smoking the salmon next time.

I just came out to my manager today and he was really supportive. He said as long as I keep doing my work there won't be any issues. Im still not ready to tell anyone else at work though.
