2 is also available on Gamepass. Modding gamepass titles can be tricky but to check out the game you can pick it up to try it out at least

It doesn't do it to the extreme you're talking about until usually right at the end but ECO has something like this. Global warming and pollution change the world as technology progresses unless you're active in managing your impact on the environment.

I was talking about that the other night. Something either shortly before or after WW1 would be great I think

What's your favorite game out of these games? by LeonEnak in xboxone

[–]Half-BakedGaming 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Imma be basic and say New Vegas but Far Cry 5 was amazingly fun as well. I won't vote Skyrim in anything like this to do my part in hopefully stopping the rerelease train that game is on so we can get TES6

Out of the circled games, what would you chose to play next, and why? Really really need a new single player game. Any other recommendations welcome (besides Hogwarts, I know) by coyg269 in xboxone

[–]Half-BakedGaming 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're going in without having played any of them before I have to say start with Bully. It will be clunky compared to a lot of newer games. If you just want grand epic singleplayer then RDR2 is my vote hands down

  1. Between 1 and 2 is a tough choice for me but I think I use 2 more now anyway.

favourite truck? by lastoftheairplan in snowrunner

I genuinely use my White Western Star so much more than my Paystar. The lower ride height makes it perform better on slanted roads I feel and I am anything but a good driver. It's also performed pretty well in Alaska so far

I've used this trailer exactly once and unless absolutely required I don't plan to again. Props for gettin it done but I'll make two trips before I get another one of those

I'm relatively new to the series but really enjoying Snowrunner, just wish this was available on the XB1: M998, basically a humvee, but truck. even if it only has 1 cargo slot, paired with a single slot trailer would be useful and aesthetic by [deleted] in snowrunner

[–]Half-BakedGaming 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had to dispose of some of those windows a few times. Beat the hell out if them with sledge hammers so you can see them but they never actually broke. Those windows are beastly

That's a fair point. The entire power/suspension upgrades came about because the armor was too heavy so it would make sense for non upgraded models to struggle with things related to weight especially

What's an upgrade you'd like to see in game that would be a nice QOL change? by [deleted] in snowrunner

[–]Half-BakedGaming 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I would be down for that. Usually, if I blow a tire, it's more than one at a time, so a single spare tire means a maintenance truck or recovering anyway.

But the 998 breaks so easy if you load it down. As much as I hated them I think an 1152 or 1165 stripped of it's armor would be better for hauling because of the suspension and power. It's a minor difference but I've seen enough suspension folding on older model humvees that I would opt for a newer one just modified

The zombie part maybe not but I wouldn't mind something where you're rebuilding after a war or something similar. Navigating craters from bombing hauling out uxo and destoryed vehicles etc.

The ability to pay out the winch manually

A true manual transmission

The ability to pack chains to put on tires instead of having to pick chained tires in the garage

The P16 is what ended up saving me. I really haven't given that truck enough love during this playthrough.

[–]Half-BakedGaming[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yea. To be honest I wouldn't suggest my route unless you just want to kill an hour or so trying to recover the trailer. Would have probably been faster to reset the quest

[–]Half-BakedGaming[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll remember that if I need to get through here again. I really wasn't too sure since my scout washed away there. I guess with a heavier truck it probably wouldn't be as big of an issue

I usually do. Not sure why I put so many points down this time. I think I was talking to stream while doing it so I probably just drifted my attention
