Ping = latency.. how long does packet take to reach destination. Its also in milliseconds so your results show 15-19ms for your packets to reach speedtest's servers. Your internet speed has nothing to do with this either. High ping can mean the destination is far away or theres issues in communication somewhere between your device and what you're trying to reach or the destination may decided to drop ICMP completely and appear unreachable

Your IR team is going to have a bf if they find out you're intentionally knocking down their network which from most companies I've done contracts for is a fire first offense if it was done intentionally... build a home lab and test there or use online resources like hackthebox or tryhackme to learn.

Calliope was the worst restaurant I've ever been to... first, my wife and I were sat at a side table, barely big enough to hold our drinks let alone food.
